Bountiful Blossom was founded by Andrea and Leslie, two behavior technicians who share a deep commitment to supporting individuals with special needs and their families.
Our work began with direct experience — sitting beside individuals, supporting daily routines, guiding communication, helping with transitions, encouraging participation, and learning how much patience, trust, and understanding matter in every interaction. Through our years of working in the disability and autism community, we have seen how meaningful support can make a difference, not only for the individual, but for the whole family.
As founders, we did not start Bountiful Blossom simply because we wanted to create programs. We started it because we saw a need.
We saw families looking for places where their loved ones could be included, not just accommodated. We saw individuals who needed more opportunities to practice social skills, build friendships, express themselves, and enjoy being part of a community. We saw caregivers carrying so much responsibility, often wishing for more support, more understanding, and more connection.
Bountiful Blossom grew from that vision.
Andrea brings hands-on experience from adult day programs, in-home respite care, and school-based behavioral support. Her work has helped her understand the importance of communication, respect, structure, visual support, patience, and relationship-building. She believes that every behavior has a reason, every individual deserves dignity, and every small step forward should be recognized.
Leslie shares the same heart for this work. With experience supporting individuals with special needs, she brings care, patience, and a strong belief in creating safe and welcoming spaces. Her presence helps shape Bountiful Blossom into a place where participants can feel accepted, families can feel supported, and volunteers can learn how to serve with kindness and respect.
Together, Andrea and Leslie built Bountiful Blossom with a simple but powerful belief: support should feel personal, respectful, and real.

We are not here to change people into someone else. We are here to create opportunities, build trust, encourage growth, and walk beside individuals and families as they move forward in their own way.
Bountiful Blossom is the result of our shared experience, our shared compassion, and our shared hope for a more inclusive community — one where individuals with special needs are seen, valued, and given the chance to blossom.
