Helping Individuals with Disabilities Blossom Through Community, Connection, and Support
Bountiful Blossom is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2023 to support individuals with disabilities and their families. We believe every person deserves a life filled with health, safety, love, dignity, opportunity, and meaningful connection.
Our work began with a simple belief: families need more welcoming spaces where their loved ones can be understood, included, and supported. Bountiful Blossom was created to help build those spaces—through community activities, social programs, caregiver support, and opportunities for learning and connection.
We are here to walk alongside families, individuals, volunteers, and community partners as we work together to create a more inclusive and supportive future.
Who We Are
Bountiful Blossom serves individuals with disabilities, individuals on the autism spectrum, young adults who benefit from structured social opportunities, and the families and caregivers who support them.
We understand that every individual is different. Each person has their own strengths, communication style, comfort level, interests, and support needs. That is why our programs are designed with patience, respect, structure, and encouragement.
We believe that support should not be about changing who someone is. Support should help each person feel safe, understood, respected, and able to participate in community life in a meaningful way.
Our Story
Bountiful Blossom was founded in 2023 with a heart for families and individuals with disabilities. What started as a simple desire to help has grown into a community-centered nonprofit offering inclusive activities, social connection, parent education, and volunteer opportunities.
Over the past few years, Bountiful Blossom has continued to grow through real community involvement. We have hosted Community Circle gatherings, seasonal family events, parent webinars, and social programs for adults 18+ with disabilities.
Our journey has been shaped by the families who trusted us, the volunteers who showed up with open hearts, and the community partners who believed in the importance of inclusion.
We are not just building programs. We are building relationships, trust, and a community where individuals and families can feel welcomed and supported.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create inclusive, supportive, and meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities and their families to grow, connect, and participate in community life with dignity, safety, love, and respect.
We believe every individual can blossom when they are supported with patience, understanding, encouragement, and the right environment.
What We Do
Inclusive Community Events
Bountiful Blossom creates community events where individuals with disabilities and their families can participate in a welcoming and understanding environment.
Our community activities have included gatherings such as Community Circle, Easter Egg Hunt, Trunk-or-Treat, seasonal celebrations, and family-friendly events. These activities are designed to support connection, participation, and belonging.
We believe community inclusion begins with simple but meaningful opportunities: a place to show up, a place to be welcomed, and a place to feel that you belong.
Social Programs for Adults 18+
Bountiful Blossom provides social programs for adults 18+ with disabilities who benefit from structured, supportive, and friendly opportunities to connect with others.
Our programs include in-person and virtual social opportunities such as Friends & Fun Club and Virtual Social Hangout. Activities may include Show & Tell, Travel Around the World, Movie Talk, Puzzle and Board Games, Karaoke, LEGO building, Scratch coding, art, group sharing, and social games.
These programs are designed to help participants practice communication, turn-taking, self-expression, group participation, and peer interaction in a safe and encouraging environment.
Parent and Caregiver Support
Families and caregivers are an important part of the Bountiful Blossom community.
We provide parent and caregiver support through educational opportunities, behavior-informed learning, and practical strategies that families can use in daily life. We believe families deserve support, encouragement, and access to information that helps them better understand and care for their loved ones.
Our goal is not only to serve individuals, but also to support the families who walk beside them every day.
Volunteer and Community Engagement
Bountiful Blossom welcomes volunteers who want to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families.
Our volunteers help create a friendly, safe, and inclusive environment during programs and events. We also believe volunteering is a meaningful way for young people and community members to learn about inclusion, service, respect, and empathy.
Together, families, volunteers, and community members help make Bountiful Blossom a place where everyone can grow.
Our Approach
At Bountiful Blossom, we believe meaningful support begins with understanding.
We understand that communication can happen in many ways—through words, gestures, visual supports, assistive communication, facial expressions, choices, actions, and behavior. We also understand that behavior often communicates a need, a feeling, or a challenge.
That is why our approach is built on:
- Respect
- Patience
- Structure
- Encouragement
- Predictability
- Visual support
- Positive relationships
- Understanding each person’s needs
We support, not control.
We teach, not limit.
We encourage, not pressure.
We believe every individual deserves to be seen with dignity.
Our programs are created to help individuals feel safe, included, and able to participate at their own pace.

Why Families Connect With Us
Families connect with Bountiful Blossom because we value both the individual and the family.
We understand that families are often looking for more than an activity. They are looking for a place where their loved one can be accepted, supported, and encouraged. They are looking for people who understand that growth takes time, communication can look different for each person, and inclusion must be built with care.
At Bountiful Blossom, we focus on creating programs that are:
- Welcoming

- Respectful
- Supportive
- Family-centered
